HOTEL DORICA, Rome – Your ideal downtown stay

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and very clean, overlooking the beautiful Piazza Vinamale and ideally located for all the major attractions like the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps just a short 10 to 15 minutes' walk away. The service was outstanding with a staff that was incredibly nice and welcoming, even when I arrived back very late at night. The location couldn't have been more convenient, close to the train station, shopping, good restaurants, and all the main attractions. The dining options were excellent, offering a good selection of quality food. A few minor downsides included some issues with the breakfast and dining choices, but overall, this hotel provided superb value for the money.

The hotel rooms were without frills but had everything necessary for a comfortable stay, big enough, really clean, and had hot water, which was much needed after a day of walking. However, the rooms were dark and dingy with no natural sunlight.

I couldn't have asked for a better location; everything from the Colosseum to the Trevi Fountain was right at my doorstep.
